This Privacy Policy explains how C & Associates Advisory handles information when you visit palmoneassociates.com, use the proposed educational tools, or send an inquiry or subscription request.
1. The operator and the public site
The site is operated by C AND ASSOCIATES LLC, doing business publicly as C & Associates Advisory. Mailing address: 5166 EAST FM, SUITE 108, BURLESON, TX 76028. Privacy requests: support@palmoneassociates.com. The public website is palmoneassociates.com. The company’s documented activity is pizza restaurant operations under the assumed name Simple Simon’s Pizza. The restaurant finance-operations desk described on this site is a proposed direction and has not been confirmed as a currently offered service.
2. Information that may pass through the site
If you submit the contact form, we receive the first and last name, email address, selected topic, and message you provide. The contact form also offers an optional mobile number and separate, unchecked permissions for inquiry-related and marketing text messages. We receive the selected permission states, their wording and version, and the mobile number when you choose either SMS permission. If you request email updates, we receive first name, last name, email address, the state of your email-consent and terms checkboxes, the wording and version of those acknowledgments, and the page URL. If you also choose text messages, we receive the phone number, text-consent state, and associated wording and version. Phone is optional unless you select text-message consent. This finance site does not request or collect date of birth through its forms.
Hosting and the lead-processing webhook may ordinarily receive technical request data such as IP address, user-agent, timestamps, request path, and delivery or error information. This static site does not perform a client-side IP lookup. The webhook endpoint is operated at n8n.techspikeops.com; information submitted through forms is sent there for lead handling.
The menu-cost estimator, cash-flow worksheet, and close checklist operate in the browser. Amounts and selections entered into those tools are held in page memory only; the tools do not transmit them or save them in browser storage. The weekly scorecard uses clearly identified fictional examples, not visitor data.
3. Why information is used
Form information is used to respond to questions, deliver requested informational email, administer optional text-message permissions, keep evidence of consent and opt-out requests, prevent duplicate or unauthorized messaging, maintain the site, and address security or legal obligations. Technical request data may be used by hosting and webhook infrastructure to route submissions, diagnose delivery issues, and protect those systems.
We do not use information entered in the interactive worksheets to provide personalized advice. The tools make only the calculations described on their pages.
4. Service providers and other disclosures
Information may be made available to the website host and the configured webhook/lead-processing provider only as needed to operate the site, deliver form submissions, support security, or maintain infrastructure. Those providers may process technical data under their own service arrangements. We do not otherwise share contact details for another party’s independent marketing. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect the rights and safety of people or systems, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, or enforce applicable site terms. If business ownership or operation changes, relevant records may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
Personal information is not sold and is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Special protection for text-message information
Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service.
6. Browser storage and tracking
TRACKING_ENABLED is false. The site does not load analytics, advertising pixels, cookie libraries, or client-side IP lookup. A privacy-choice control may store a single essential-only preference in local storage so the banner can remember your selection. The preference banner can be reopened from the footer. When the delayed newsletter invitation appears, session storage remembers a dismissal and, after a successful submission, a subscription flag for the current browser session; no name, contact detail, or form value is stored in that flag. The interactive tools do not store their input. If a future version adds optional tracking, it will not be enabled by this build; applicable choices, consent requirements, and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals will be respected before optional tracking is used. When a browser sends GPC, the site keeps the essential-only setting.
7. Email, texts, and opting out
Use the unsubscribe link included in an informational email to stop future newsletter delivery. For marketing text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Program text messages are sent only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the recipient’s local time. You may revoke SMS consent by any reasonable method, including a STOP or similar opt-out reply, emailing support@palmoneassociates.com, or writing to C AND ASSOCIATES LLC at 5166 EAST FM, SUITE 108, BURLESON, TX 76028; we honor revocation requests promptly and in any event within 10 business days of receipt. Required suppression records may be retained to ensure the request remains honored.
8. Retention
Form entries are sent to the configured lead-processing endpoint; this static website does not maintain a server-side database of submissions or retain form values in the browser. Operational retention depends on the site operator’s and service provider’s systems and applicable obligations. Consent records for text-message opt-in and opt-out are retained for at least four years. Suppression and STOP records are retained for at least ten years or longer when legally required. The essential-only browser preference remains until cleared by the visitor or browser.
9. Security
We use the static site’s hosting and configured form-delivery path to transmit submissions. No internet transmission or storage method can be represented as completely secure. Do not send payment card details, account credentials, or other highly sensitive information through these forms.
10. U.S. privacy rights and California requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or limit certain processing of personal information, subject to legal exceptions. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what categories and specific pieces are collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising; the Do Not Sell or Share choice is available for clarity and future-proof handling.
Do Not Sell or Share; Global Privacy Control
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals, including GPC, for any processing to which they apply. The current site has no advertising or analytics trackers to disable.
Send a privacy request to support@palmoneassociates.com or by mail to 5166 EAST FM, SUITE 108, BURLESON, TX 76028. State the request and the email address associated with the interaction. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you are the person concerned or an authorized agent, and may request proof of agency where permitted. Do not send a Social Security number or full payment information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We respond to verifiable California privacy requests within 45 days of receipt. If reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may extend that period by an additional 45 days and will notify you within the initial 45-day period, explaining the reason for the extension. Where a law provides an appeal after denial, reply to the decision using the same contact method and identify it as an appeal.
11. Age and children
This site is intended for individuals age 18 or older and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information, contact support@palmoneassociates.com so we can review and address the record.
12. Changes to this notice
We may revise this Policy as the site or its data handling changes. The Last Updated date at the top identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised notice to the extent permitted by law.
