What changes with each view?

The starting point is your operating information. The grouping determines how that information is organized and discussed.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Start with how your restaurant works today.

A scope conversation would begin with your record sources, the questions you want to answer, and the time you can set aside for review.

Discuss proposed scope ›
Which grouping should I explore first?

If records are scattered, explore Records. If you already have a consistent record set and want a clearer operating picture, explore Weekly view. Owner review centers on discussing the period and identifying follow-up questions.

What systems would the desk use?

Bookkeeping systems, sales exports, reporting formats, and any secure intake process would need confirmation before an engagement. Do not send receipts, invoices, account credentials, or sensitive financial records through the general contact form.

Can the scope combine more than one grouping?

A proposed scope could combine record coordination, recurring reporting, and owner review. The responsibilities, deliverables, cadence, and any fees would need to be agreed separately.

Does this include tax or investment advice?

The proposed desk focuses on financial administration and operating visibility. These groupings do not offer tax preparation, investment advice, lending, or other regulated financial services. Consult an appropriately licensed professional for those needs.
