C AND ASSOCIATES LLC operates the public brand C & Associates Advisory. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This notice explains the privacy choices available for interactions with our website, including inquiries, subscriptions, and optional text-message permissions.
Advertising, analytics, and preference signals
The current website does not load advertising or analytics trackers. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), for any processing to which those signals apply. When a browser sends Global Privacy Control, the site keeps its essential-only setting. You may reopen the privacy-choice control from the footer. That control concerns browser-storage preferences; it does not unsubscribe you from email or text messages.
Text-message choices
For marketing text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. Unsubscribing from text messages does not cancel email, and email unsubscribe does not revoke text consent.
How to submit a privacy request
You may send a privacy request to support@palmoneassociates.com or write to C AND ASSOCIATES LLC, 5166 EAST FM, SUITE 108, BURLESON, TX 76028. Describe the request and provide the email address associated with your interaction. Do not send a Social Security number, account credentials, or full payment information. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. An authorized agent may submit a request, and we may request proof of authority where permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Response times and appeals
We will respond to a verifiable California privacy request within 45 days. If an additional period is permitted and reasonably necessary, we will explain the reason and may extend the response period by up to 45 additional days, notifying you within the initial period. Where applicable law provides an appeal after denial, reply through the same contact method and identify the request as an appeal.
See the Privacy Policy for information about collection, use, disclosures, retention, and other available rights.
