These terms govern the optional marketing text-message program associated with C & Associates Advisory and the proposed Pizza Operator Finance Desk.
1. What the program covers
The optional C & Associates Advisory marketing text program sends recurring automated promotional texts about the proposed Pizza Operator Finance Desk, including service announcements and offers. The proposed services are not confirmed as currently available. Inquiry-related texts use a separate service-text permission and do not enroll you in marketing.
2. Enrollment and eligibility
You must be 18 or older. Marketing enrollment requires your express written consent through the separate, unchecked marketing SMS permission on the subscription or contact form and a mobile number you control. Consent authorizes recurring automated marketing text messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or email subscription. You may receive informational email without enrolling in text messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Program text messages are sent only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the recipient’s local time. Availability depends on your wireless carrier, supported number, and service conditions. You are responsible for keeping the number accurate and notifying us if it changes.
The contact form also offers separate, optional consent for non-marketing texts about your inquiry, including responses and requested follow-ups. Selecting that permission does not enroll you in marketing texts. The message frequency, rates, opt-out, help, and privacy provisions below apply to inquiry-related messages as well.
3. Stop, help, and other support
To opt out of program texts, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to any program message. We will send one non-marketing message confirming your opt-out, after which no further program texts will be sent unless you enroll again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@palmoneassociates.com. You may revoke SMS consent by any reasonable method, including a STOP or similar opt-out reply, emailing support@palmoneassociates.com, or writing to C AND ASSOCIATES LLC at 5166 EAST FM, SUITE 108, BURLESON, TX 76028; we honor revocation requests promptly and in any event within 10 business days of receipt. Email subscription preferences are managed separately through the unsubscribe link in each email.
4. Carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee delivery timing, which may be affected by the carrier, network, device, or number status.
5. Privacy of mobile information
Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. 6. Changes or closure
We may revise, pause, or end the program, subject to applicable law. Updated terms will be posted here with a new Last Updated date. Continued enrollment after a change does not override the consent choices you made; you may opt out at any time.
